- No complaints will be accepted after the group arrives and tours in Turkey.
- Hotels have not been reserved yet. Tour package prices may change. Always check with us for updates.
- If there are any changes to the itinerary or room list, do not make them suddenly.
- Changes within 7 days of arrival in Turkey that result in costs will be borne by the customers.
- Cancellations within 20 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Arrivals at the hotel after 21:00 are subject to an extra tip fee of 150 USD (shared between guide and driver).
- Please make your reservations at least 1 month in advance to avoid issues with guides and accommodations.
- Sudden reservations may result in the assignment of guides with limited language proficiency.
- Prices are based on adult participants. Children or students will have different pricing.
