• Please read the program and invoice carefully.
• No complaints will be accepted after the group arrives and tours in Turkey.
• Hotels have not been reserved yet. Tour package prices may change. Always check with us for updates.
• If there are any changes to the itinerary or room list, do not make them suddenly.
• Changes within 7 days of arrival in Turkey that result in costs will be borne by the customers.
• Cancellations within 20 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Arrivals at the hotel after 21:00 are subject to an extra tip fee of 150 USD (shared between guide and driver).
• Please make your reservations at least 1 month in advance to avoid issues with guides and accommodations.
• Sudden reservations may result in the assignment of guides with limited language proficiency.
• Prices are based on adult participants. Children or students will have different pricing.

???? TRANSPORTATION NOTES

• For 10–15 pax groups (with 2 suitcases per person), a 27-seater vehicle is required.
• For up to 10 pax (1 suitcase per person), a Sprinter vehicle may be used.

????️ SHOPPING VISITS & FINES

• Mandatory shopping stop (min. 1 hour). Failure to attend: 150 USD/pax fine.
• Skipping leather outlet visits will incur a 50 USD/pax charge.

• Turkish citizens or students residing in Turkey are not allowed to join the tour.

???? DOCUMENT DEADLINES

• Room list & passenger manifest must be submitted 3 weeks before arrival.
• For bus branding (only on 46-seater), send your logo 5 days before arrival.

✈️ AIRPORT ARRANGEMENTS

• If there are 2 different arrival/return airports, extra transfer fees apply.
• If luggage (including Zamzam water) exceeds bus capacity, extra space rental is required.

• A 40% deposit is required to confirm booking.
• The balance must be paid 14 days before the tour.
• Bookings made less than 14 days before departure require full payment.
• Send proof of transfer via email to confirm the payment.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30+ days before arrival: 25% non-refundable
• 30–20 days: 50% non-refundable
• 20–10 days: 75% non-refundable
• Less than 10 days, no-show, or cancellation-related changes: 100% non-refundable

• Hotels may differ but will remain in the same star category.
• Guest-initiated changes before/during the tour may incur additional charges.
